Role Overview:

In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting all phases of the design process, from concept development to construction documentation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, 3D models, and renderings using software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and the Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Participate in the development of design concepts and presentations.

  • Conduct research for projects, including materials, building codes, and zoning regulations.

  • Support the production of detailed construction documents.

  • Collaborate with team members, consultants, and vendors.

  • Attend client meetings and site visits to gain field experience.

  • Review and incorporate redlines and feedback from senior staff.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Professional Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

  • 0-3 years of professional experience in an architectural setting.

  • Proficiency in Revit is highly preferred; strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).

  • Basic understanding of architectural principles, building systems, and construction methods.

  • Strong graphic, visualization, and conceptual design skills.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.

Project Architect

Level: Mid to Senior-Level

Role Overview:
The Project Architect is a key role responsible for leading the technical development of a project, managing the production of construction documents, and serving as the primary technical contact for consultants and contractors. You will bridge the gap between design concept and built reality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and coordination of construction drawings and specifications.

  • Manage the project's technical design, ensuring compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and contract documents.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for engineering consultants (MEP, Structural, Civil).

  • Conduct thorough quality control reviews of all project documents.

  • Lead construction administration activities, including site visits, submittal reviews, RFI responses, and shop drawing reviews.

  • Mentor junior staff and delegate tasks effectively.

  • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager on schedules, budgets, and staffing.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Professional Degree in Architecture.

  • Licensed Architect (RA) preferred, or in active pursuit of licensure.

  • 5+ years of experience, with a proven track record of seeing projects through from DD to CA.

  • Expert-level proficiency in Revit and BIM coordination processes.

  • In-depth knowledge of building codes, standards, and building structures.

  • Strong technical detailing and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills.

  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

Project Manager

Reports to: Principal / Director of Operations
Level: Senior-Level

Role Overview:
The Project Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and management of project teams, finances, and client relationships. You will be the driving force behind project execution, ensuring financial health, client satisfaction, and team alignment from pre-design through project closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project work plans, schedules, and budgets.

  • Serve as the main day-to-day contact for the client, ensuring clear communication and expectations.

  • Lead project team meetings and coordinate resources with department heads.

  • Manage project financials, including invoicing, forecasting, and profitability.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks.

  • Negotiate contracts with clients and consultants.

  • Oversee the project's contractual obligations.

  • Collaborate with the Project Architect to ensure technical excellence aligns with project goals.

  • Ensure projects adhere to QA/QC standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Professional Degree in Architecture or related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in an architectural firm, with at least 3 years in a project management role.

  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing project budgets of $5M+.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Exceptional client relationship and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Deltek Ajera, Asana).

  • PMP certification is a plus, but not required.

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
