    • 7 Towers, each 5 storeys high, strategically arranged to create green courtyards and pedestrian-friendly circulation.

    • Units are designed for cross-ventilation, maximizing natural light, and providing an efficient, comfortable, and affordable living environment.

    • A mix of unit types (studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom) caters to diverse market segments.

  2. Commercial & Lifestyle Hub

    • A 2-level shopping mall at the heart of the development serves as the primary retail and entertainment anchor.

    • The mall integrates open plazas, landscaped walkways, and roof deck amenities, blending indoor and outdoor experiences.

    • Designed with wide corridors, natural ventilation, and skylights to reduce energy consumption.
