On August 1, 2024, the Sub-Technical Working Group (Sub-TWG) Committee on the Architectural Code of the Philippines was formally inducted under the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) – Board of Architecture.
The solemn ceremony was held at the Cultural Center of the Philippines – PRC, where distinguished leaders of the profession, Board Chairman Arch. Robert S. Sac, along with Board Members Arch. Robert Mirafuente and Arch. Corazon Tandoc, officiated the induction rites.
This event marks a significant step in strengthening the architectural profession, as the Sub-TWG Committee plays a vital role in the continuous review, development, and enhancement of the Architectural Code of the Philippines. The induction signifies not only the recognition of the committee’s commitment but also its responsibility to uphold the highest standards of architectural practice, ensuring relevance and responsiveness to the evolving needs of society.
The gathering brought together esteemed professionals and stakeholders, united in the vision of advancing architectural excellence, protecting public welfare, and shaping the built environment of the nation.
